Obtaining of a permanent residency in Russia by a highly qualified specialist
According to clause 27 of 13.2 article of the Federal Law 115-FZ “On the legal status of foreign nationals in the Russian Federation” highly qualified specialists
and their family members can apply for permanent residence in Russia.
